I’m so glad you’re here.
My journey began training under an industry leader, where I saw the transformative effect Clinical Pilates could have on people recovering from pain, surgery, or injury. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to building the knowledge and skills to give each client the best care possible.
Alongside being a Clinical Pilates practitioner, I’m also a Pilates teacher trainer with Breathe Education. I combine this with my background in personal training and strength work, which allows me to design programs that are safe, progressive, and evidence-based. I stay up to date with international standards, including the American College of Sports Medicine and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, so that every client feels supported with current, reliable practice. What matters to me is helping people feel stronger, safer, and more confident in their bodies, with a plan that evolves as they do.
New clients often carry nerves and doubts, or believe they’re not strong enough or that pain means they can’t start. My role is to listen, reassure, and help them discover that moving in their own way, at their own pace, is not only possible but powerful.

WHY CLINICAL PILATES?
A clear path from recovery to resilience.
Clinical Pilates is an evidence-based approach that adapts to you, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or wanting to keep moving well long-term.
Progress comes with patience, repetition, encouragement and, just as importantly, joy. If you’re not enjoying it, consistency won’t stick, which is why every program is tailored to what feels good in your body and what makes you want to keep showing up.
Restore:
Post-injury and chronic pain
After surgery, injury, or in the midst of chronic pain, I focus on restoring confidence through safe, measured movement. That might mean reducing fear around everyday actions, correcting movement patterns, or simply finding a way to move that feels achievable today. The goal isn’t to push through pain but to rebuild trust in your body, one step at a time.
Build:
Strength and confidence
When pain begins to ease or plateau, we gradually increase the challenge with strength and conditioning principles. Progress here looks different for everyone: better balance, more stamina, fewer aches, or finally feeling steadier in activities you previously avoided. This is the stage where people often realise movement can actually feel good, not just manageable!
Thrive:
Mobility for everyday life
For clients who continue long term, Pilates becomes a foundation for resilience; allowing you to enjoy life fully and prevent setbacks. This might mean being fit enough for hiking or sport, keeping up with children or grandchildren, or simply feeling capable in the garden, on the golf course or at work. For me, this stage is about independence — the freedom to move without hesitation, and the confidence that your body can carry you through whatever matters most.

Clinical Pilates uses low-impact, spring-based equipment to improve strength, balance and mobility. The springs can either support you or increase the challenge, making it a highly adaptable tool for targeted rehabilitation after injury, illness or surgery.
It’s often recommended for pre- and postnatal care, and can work hand-in-hand with your pelvic floor physiotherapist to improve pelvic function, strength and control.
Every program is personalised to your goals, whether that’s lifting grandchildren, gardening, regaining confidence in your body, or preparing for a future activity. Sessions draw on strength-training principles and evidence-based approaches to support injury recovery, chronic pain and sustainable, goal-oriented movement. -
