Terms and conditions.
It is a condition of us allowing you to use our studio as a client, that you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, you should not use our studio. By ticking the accept box, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accept these terms and conditions and understand that in ticking the accept box you are entering into a binding agreement with us.
WE WILL: If you sign the Tegan Duncan Clinical Pilates terms and conditions, provided to you at the time of buying a package, we will: (a) provide the Services to you in accordance with these terms and conditions, and (b) grant you access to the Studio to receive the Services and access the facilities made available at the Studio.
OUR RIGHTS: Acting reasonably, we reserve the right to refuse entry to or eject you from the Studio if you breach a term of these terms and conditions.
Studio Rules
You must:
comply with our Studio rules and health and safety requirements, as amended from time to time
comply with any relevant laws
respect other clients and our trainers, including not causing offence or injury to those people or causing damage to their property
cease participating if injured, in discomfort or illness
comply with our instructors’ instructions at all times
Cancelling a Session
From time to time, it may be out of our control that a Session may be cancelled by us. This will not result in any loss of package credits or account deductions.
If you wish to cancel your attendance at a Session, you can do so online via the link in your confirmation email, or via SMS to 0414 905 541 or email to move@teganduncanpilates.com.au. If your cancellation is less than 6 hours before the scheduled Session start time, the session will be deducted from your package.
If you cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled Session start time, the Session will be credited to your package. If you fail to attend a class that you are booked in, the session will be deducted from your package.
We do understand, that at times things pop up that are unavoidable. If you have late cancelled or failed to attend a Session for a reason of illness, unprecedented event or other extenuating circumstance, at your early convenience please send an email to move@teganduncanpilates.com.au and if deemed appropriate we will reverse.
Transferring a Package
Transferring a package to another individual is not allowed. If illness or injury is preventing you from attending and you need to transfer your package please contact move@teganduncanpilates.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.
Package Details
Tegan Duncan Clinical Pilates does not offer extensions, refunds or transfers on any of our products or services. All our services have expiry dates. Please note the expiry date of your service as extensions are only provided in limited circumstances i.e. injury or illness. Any unused Sessions will be forfeited.
Booking a Session or Going on the Waitlist
It is the responsibility of the client to make their own Session booking. Tegan Duncan Clinical Pilates takes no responsibility for forgotten or missed appointments. We will endeavour to provide a reminder to the client as a courtesy only. Please enable email/SMS notifications for reminders to be sent directly to you.
It is expected that if you have put yourself on the waitlist, you will follow the guidelines, as above, for cancelling a Session. Waitlisting yourself means that you have planned to come to a Session. If the Session waitlist no longer suits you please cancel yourself off the waitlist. If you remain on the waitlist past the 6-hour cancellation window, you will be expected to attend that Session, if a spot becomes available.
We have the above rules, to enable as many people to attend their preferred Session as possible. Cancelling prior to 6 hours and ensuring the waitlist is accurate allows us to contact people to attend the Session as soon as possible.
Our policies are put in place to ensure we run a smooth and operational clinic for you to enjoy. By booking and attending Sessions you have noted the above policies which you agree to. If you do not agree with these our cancellation policies, you will not be able to attend Sessions.
